one day tour ന്റെ ഭാഗമായി വേലുത്തമ്പി ദളവ archaeological museum , മണ്ണടി, കൊല്ലം, സന്ദർശിച്ചു.

അതിനു ശേഷം ശിലാ മ്യൂസിയം, മാഞ്ഞാലി, കടമ്പനാട്, കൊല്ലം സന്ദർശിച്ചു

ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം awareness programme on sunburn "വെയിലേറ്റ് വാടല്ലേ " യുടെ ഭാഗമായി 5 ഗ്രൂപ്പുകളായി 100 വീടുകളിൽ നോട്ടീസ് നൽകി ബോധവൽക്കരണം നടത്തി.

Started the 1st session "മനസിലാക്കാം മനസ്സിനെ” at 10.00am with prayer.

Introducing The Resource Person

Dr.Shinu Das experienced us the different life skills like critical thinking, creative reasoning, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal relationship, communication skills through different activities and games. The session was very interesting and stress releasing one.finally he carried out a self hipnotism and mind purifying therapy.

Lunch

Second session was started at 2 pm “താളത്തിനൊപ്പം ആരോഗ്യം”

Today I , the member of Reception committee, worked sincerely for the duty
